Terms of Service
Artist: Aiasolitude (@Aiasolitude)By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.1. General Rules
• The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
• All artwork provided under standard pricing is for Personal Use Only (e.g., social media profile pictures, personal wallpapers, gift prints).
• Commercial use (resale, merch, promotional branding) requires a separate agreement and fee.2. Payment & Pricing
• Accepted Currencies: PHP for local clients; USD for international clients is currently unavailable.
• Down Payment: A 75% down payment is required before any sketching or work begins for services with above ₱200 price.
• Final Payment: The remaining 25% balance is due upon final Work-in-Progress (WIP) approval. High-resolution files without watermarks will be delivered only after full payment is settled.
• FULL Payment are required for ₱200 and below commissions.3. Workflow & Revisions
• References: Clients must provide clear, high-quality reference photos/images upon booking.
• WIP Approvals: A preview/sketch will be provided during the process to allow for final adjustments.
• Revisions: Minor adjustments are included during the WIP stage. Requests for major re-draws or changes after the WIP has been approved may incur extra charges.4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
• Standard Delivery: 5-15 business days per client from the date payment is confirmed.
• Rush Orders: Available for an extra fee (+50% of the price).
• Digital Delivery: All artwork is delivered digitally in high-resolution format (PNG/JPEG) via email or direct message link. No physical items will be shipped.5. Copyright & Promotion
• Artist Rights: The artist retains standard copyright ownership of all created artwork.
• Process & Speedpaints: The artist reserves the right to share the artwork and its creation process (speedpaints) on social media platforms, including TikTok (@Aiasolitude), unless a prior privacy agreement has been made.6. Refunds & Cancellations
• Client Cancellation: If a client cancels before work begins, a full refund will be granted. Once work has commenced, the down payment (or the 75% of the full payment) is non-refundable.
• Artist Cancellation: If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% full refund will be issued promptly.

About Aiasolitude

Hi! I'm Aiasolitude, my pen name and the identity behind my art brand.I am a registered author in the Philippines and published my first book on Wattpad—a collection of random poetry—when I was on the cusp of turning sixteen. Writing has always been one of my creative outlets, but it isn't the only one. I also enjoy drawing, primarily with pencil. Over time, I became fascinated with watercolor, but because I grew up in a household that valued practicality over creative pursuits, I chose to explore digital art instead. My artistic journey is still evolving as I continue to experiment, learn, and discover the style and niche that best represent me.Beyond writing and art, I enjoy listening to music and watching films that spark my curiosity and imagination. Professionally, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher specializing in Mathematics Education. While teaching is my chosen profession, creativity remains at the heart of who I am, allowing me to balance logic with imagination in everything I do.Whether through words, illustrations, or the lessons I share, I hope to create meaningful work that inspires others to embrace creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
